Who We Are

The Zsandile Foundation is a non-profit organisation that aims to empower people and change the lives and quality of health of individuals in rural communities, with a focus in oral hygiene, women and children abuse, sealant programme, tooth bridge procedure or dentures for the survivors of GBV and substance abuse, and provide support to victims of natural disasters.

Donate

Educating children in school

and elders about oral hygiene through workshops, school visits, and community outreach programmes.

Free screening

for elders for various oral disease.

Free preventative

and curative dental services, such as sealant application programmes for elders.

Free dentures

or tooth bridge for survivors of Gender Based Violence

Free basic dental

teeth cleaning.

Family Restoration

Identify and assist child

headed households to apply for home affairs documents, social development government grants, and provide them with basic needs while awaiting application processes.

The organisation will build

community awareness of healthy aging to community elders through involving them in meditation, yoga gardening, and other sports to keep them active.

Provide psychological support

to victims of natural disasters.

The organisation will offer

work experience programme for dental therapists, oral hygienists, dental assistants, and social workers for their practical community service for 24 months.
